Principal/Experience:

Jean Cascio, Esq. is experienced in all aspects of real estate law from inception of contract through closing and post closing finalization.  She has routinely provided services relating to contract preparation, interpretation, negotiation, title examination, issuance of title insurance, and guidance as to mortgage financing and refinancing.  She is experienced in both residential and commercial real estate purchase and sales transactions.  Jean’s prior experience includes the areas of corporate law, business purchases and sales, bankruptcy (debtor and creditor) and probate matters,  which areas of law often intersect with the practice of real estate law.  Jean is a skilled negotiator and prides herself in being responsive and directly available to her clients.  Honesty, quality services, and superior effort, together with knowledge, make her outstanding in her field.
